Application for Admission to Honors

The Honors Program accepts new students year round.

Admission criteria for the program:

Entering Freshman Students
Meet 2 of the 4 below requirements:
-3.2 High School GPA
-minimum composite ACT score of 25
-At least a B or a 4 in an AP course or exam
-Top 10 percent of high school class

Current Moraine Valley Students
You need to have completed 9 credit hours of coursework with a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA.

For program admission, students meet with the Honors Program Manager to fill out a brief application and to learn more about how the Honors Program can fit with their overall education plans and goals.
