To enhance your exercise experience, the Health Fitness Center features the following special services. All are
free of charge and included in your total membership package.
- Expresso Programming
We offer specialized 30-minute small group exercise sessions to teach you to properly and effectively perform new exercises and use the latest equipment. Some popular options include yoga, pilates, tai chi, stability ball and BOSU ball training,
power plyometrics, core circuit, body works, kettlebell
challenge, and resistance. Check our monthly schedule in the
fitness center for current offerings.
- Seasonal Classes
We keep your exercise interesting by featuring special classes each semester - Fall into Exercise, Spring into Summer, and Fun in the Sun. These motivational classes run 4-6 weeks and meet for 45 minutes, twice weekly.
- Contests and Events
Got a competitive spirit? Just want to try something different? The Health Fitness Center offers motivational events to help keep you on the road to fitness.
