Fitness Evaluation
Your membership starts with an evaluation of your current fitness level by a qualified fitness trainer. Based on your results, we'll design a customized program to help you achieve your fitness goals. The testing includes:

A health screening and cardiovascular risk questionnaire |

Blood pressure and heart rate screening |

Body composition using the skin fold caliper method |

Cardiovascular endurance testing using the step test (ACSM) protocol |
Schedule your fitness evaluation as soon as you join the Health Fitness Center. You'll receive your personal results within days of your test. We recommend that you consult your physician prior to starting your membership. Participants with cardiovascular, pulmonary, respiratory, metabolic (diabetes), or musculoskeletal conditions are required to provide physician approval before beginning any exercise.
