Chorale and Chamber Singers
The Moraine Chorale celebrates its 15th season performing five themed concerts, including Broadway music, operatic, patriotic, and holiday selections with a small chamber orchestra. The Chorale is a community-based choir with more than 60 members. The Chamber Singers is an ensemble featuring Moraine Valley students.
Concert Band
The Moraine Valley Concert Band is an instrumental ensemble comprised of 50+ students and community members. Concerts feature Broadway, classical, patriotic marches, holiday selections and more.
Jazz Ensemble
The Moraine Valley Jazz Ensemble performs a wide range of jazz styles, including classic swing, soulful blues, vocal jazz, and big band.
Percussion Ensemble
Join us for eclectic music played on percussion instruments ranging from traditional to the very unusual. Hear lively music of the Caribbean, rockin' percussion grooves, jazz, and much more. Admission is FREE.

The Moraine Valley Percussion Ensemble is
pleased to welcome percussionist Doug Perkins as our special guest.
Perkins’ performances have been described as, “terrific, wide-awake
and strikingly entertaining” by the Boston Globe and “brilliant” by
the New York Times. He has appeared at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln
Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the Spoleto USA Festival, the
Ojai Festival and the World Expo in Lisbon, Portugal.
