Coaches Krista Appelquist, John Nash and Mike Shannon have been recognized by
the college with the 2007 Moraine Valley Master Teacher award. This award is
given to faculty members who have developed a unique program or teaching
technique that benefits the Moraine Valley community. |

Speech Team Takes Homes the Gold
Members of the Speech Team won the first place trophy at the
Kishwaukee College tournament in November 2011, along with more than 20
individual awards. Speech Team members include (front row from left)

Moyer, Chloe Pettigrew, daughter of Coach Amanda Pettigrew, (back row
