Rental Information

Interested in renting one of Moraine Valley’s facilities? Contact Facilities Rental at (708) 974-5351 or dorman@morainevalley.edu to begin planning your successful event. We can book your requested date and discuss the details of your rental agreement.

Your basic rental fee includes:

• Podium
• Microphone
• Overhead projector and screen
• Set up and take down (included as long as this function can be completed during normal business hours. Additional charge may apply if set up or take down requires staff overtime.)

We offer satellite downlink and additional media support for a nominal charge. You may request that maintenance, media or security staff be available exclusively during your event. This incurs an additional cost.

We require proof of liability insurance when renting any of our facilities.
