Program Development
Materials
A.A.S. Degree or Certificate Withdrawals
- Prepare an Intent to Develop Curriculum for
discussion and approval by Department Chair and Subdivision Dean.
- Prepare Program Development & Revision
form and required paperwork. Submit for signature to Department Chair and
Subdivision Dean.
- Submit the approved documents to the Dean
for Academic Initiatives and Accountability.
- Consideration by the Curriculum
Development Group.
- Consideration by the Curriculum Review
Team.
- The office of the Dean for Academic
Initiatives and Accountability prepares paperwork for the Illinois Community
College Board.
- Completed materials are sent to the
Vice-President of Academic Affairs for approval.
- Upon approval, the Dean for Academic
Initiatives and Accountability sends all materials and paperwork to the
Illinois Community College Board.
- Approval is received from ICCB.
- The office of the Dean for Academic
Initiatives and Accountability notifies all relevant stakeholders at the
college and approved curriculum materials are disseminated.
