Discuss proposed course withdrawal with Department Chair and subdivision Dean or
Assistant Dean as designated.

Work with Dean of Academic Initiatives and Accountability to prepare an
Intent to Develop and a Course Development and Revision form for discussion
and approval by Department Chair and Subdivision Dean.

Submit the approved Intent to Develop to the Curriculum Development
Group for consideration, discussion, approval and permission to withdraw the
course.

Consideration, recommendations and approval by
the Department Chair, subdivision Dean and Assistant Dean, Dean for Academic
Initiatives and Accountability.

Consideration, recommendations and approval by the Curriculum Development
Group (CDG).

Consideration, recommendations and approval by the Curriculum Review Team
(CRT).

Consideration, recommendations and approval by the Vice President for
Academic Affairs.

Approved curriculum materials and all required state forms are finalized
in the Office of the Dean for Academic Initiatives and Accountability.

Final approval of all materials by the Vice President for Academic
Affairs.

Materials are submitted to the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB)
by the office of the Dean for Academic Initiatives and Accountability.

Approval is received from ICCB.

The Office of the Dean for Academic Initiatives
and Accountability notifies all relevant stakeholders at the college and
approved curriculum materials are disseminated.
