Spring Courses
Brain
Based Ways We Think and Learn
Course Code: EPLS 665
After an investigation into the brain and how it
works, we will take a look at brain based lessons…both deductive and inductive.
We will look at various options for discovery learning as well. The course will
focus on the four basic thinking skills of induction, deduction, analysis, and
synthesis. Throughout the course, we will look at the latest research in
brain-based learning as well. This is a great course to review your teaching
style and create more critical thinking and problem solving in your classroom.
And, of course, lots of activities you can take directly back to your classroom.
