Consistent with the Criminal Justice Education-Training Agreement, Moraine Valley credits will be awarded to Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) students who successfully complete training programs.

• Enrollment form—For liaison use in routing applications to enroll students in a course.

• Proficiency Credit Forms—Basic Corrections Officer (Word), Cycle Training (Word), Parole Agent (Word) and Specialized Training Programs (Word)
