CCSTI Training Resources
Consistent with the Inter-Governmental Agreement between the Cook County Sheriff Training Institute-Law Enforcement Education and Training (CCSTI) and Moraine Valley, college credits will be awarded to students who successfully complete training programs.

College application form—Application for admission into Moraine Valley courses.
Enrollment form—For liaison use in routing applications to enroll students in a course.
Proficiency Credit Forms—Basic Corrections Officer (Word) and Cycle Training (In-Service) (Word)
