Constant changes in the economy and technology greatly impact today's work environments. Because of this, effective career planning requires active involvement and the ability to adapt to these changes. Planning a career is not a one-time choice but may take place throughout your working life.

This career development program involves assessing your interests, skills, and values; exploring careers that match your assessment profile; and exploring majors that complement your career interests.
