Kent Marshall

Kent Marshall, assistant dean of Code of Conduct and Student Life, manages the operations of the Student Life Office, as well as the Code of Conduct Office by administering the student conduct system and by serving as the chief student conduct officer for the college. Kent has more than 20 years of experience in student affairs with direct experience in student conduct, student activities, leadership programs, residence life, Greek life, new student programs, and academic success programs. He holds a master’s degree in student personnel services from Northwestern State University and a bachelor’s degree in general business administration from Mississippi State University.

Bradley Custer

Bradley Custer, coordinator of Code of Conduct, is a student conduct hearing officer. He also facilitates educational workshops for college students on the topics of conflict resolution, ethics, and civility, and recruits faculty, staff, and student members for the Community Standards Board. Prior to coming to Moraine Valley, Bradley was a graduate conduct officer in the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct at Wright State University. He holds bachelor's degrees in French and music from Capital University, and a master’s degree in student affairs in higher education—administration from Wright State University.
