To View Events on the Calendar

• To view the description of an event, click on the event link. A new window will open with the information.
• If you wish to change the date range of the calendar display, make a selection in the first box of the “Display” option at the bottom of the page.
• If you wish to change how the calendar displays, make a selection in the second box of the “Display” option at the bottom of the page.
  
  a. Block: Displays the calendar in date blocks.
  b. List: Displays all events in a list form.
  c. Condensed: Only the days that have events will be displayed in a list.
  d. Time Plan: The calendar will display events broken down by times for each day.
   
• To change the way you select date ranges, at the bottom of the page, select an option from the “Navigation Bar” at the bottom of the page.
  
  a. Absolute: Displays month links at the top of the page.
  b. Relative: Displays links that are relative to today’s date (2 weeks before, 2 weeks after)
  c. Both: Displays both absolute and relative links at the top of the page.
  d. Neither: Displays neither set of links at the top of the page.
