Class Schedule
Cancellation and Schedule
Adjustments
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled, Moraine Valley will notify you
and issue a full refund. If you are unable to attend a class, it is your
responsibility to drop the course three business days (9 a.m.-5 p.m.) prior to
the start date of the course to receive a full refund. Courses dropped less than
three business days before or after the start date of the course will not
receive a refund. No shows do not constitute cancellation. No credit may be used
toward another section for missed classes.
Student Code of Conduct
The rights of access to technology at Moraine Valley are accompanied by the
responsibility to act with integrity, honesty and good judgment. Students are
expected to comply with the college's Policy for Responsible Use of Information
Technology and the Code of Student Conduct, copies of which are available in the
Student Life Office and at the Learning and Computing Center's circulation desk.
Failure to abide by either policy may result in sanctions, including withdrawal
from the training program with consequent loss of tuition and fees.
Attendance
To receive a Certificate of Attendance, attendance at least 90 percent of the class
dates is required. Attendance is defined as being present for 90 percent of each class
session.
