staff development programs for faculty and staff with primary responsibility for
underprepared students aimed at increasing student success rates.
Outcomes:
Hosted a series of
staff development activities focused on the underprepared student.
Hosted a series of
Learning Dialogs with all members of the college community.
Participated in
the SCCSE survey. Reviewed the results of the survey with faculty and
engaged them in discussion.
