Staff Recruitment and Development Project Plans 2000-2002

2-F. 
Colleges will create staff development programs for support staff to assist them in their roles as learning facilitators.

Outcomes:

  • Employment of a staff development manager to coordinate and offer training/development opportunities for staff

  • Schedule ongoing training programs for support staff

  • Provide tuition reimbursement

In progress/Planned:

  • Development of specific workshops on the role of support staff as learning facilitator
