development programs for faculty to assist them in their roles as learning
facilitators.
Outcomes:

staffed the Center for Teaching and Learning

schedule of offerings to assist faculty members in their role as learning
facilitators

ongoing Learning Challenge grant program to faculty as incentive to explore
new modes of instructional delivery; e.g. online courses

Provide ongoing
funding for off-campus professional development activities and professional
conference attendance

Issue special
service contracts to faculty to participate in professional development
activities outside of their normal workload

Award professional
growth units toward lane movement to faculty attending conferences,
workshops, etc.
