Planning Council

Embedded Vanguard
objectives into the strategic planning process, resulting in the formation
of six teams focused on the Vanguard tenets; 71 faculty and staff
participated as team members

As a result of
strategic planning/Vanguard planning, established 26 campus-wide
implementation teams involving 240 employees to implement Vanguard
initiatives/learning college projects; e.g., Enrollment Management and
Marketing Team implemented improved access to learning college programs and
services and oversaw the revision of the college class schedule.
