Colleges will conduct thorough
assessments of their current programs to determine the extent to which learning
outcomes are currently in use and the effectiveness of such programs.
Outcomes:

Implemented 5-year
Assessment of Student Academic Achievement (ASAA) Plan in 1995-96; ongoing
annual revision, including reports to how measurement was used to improve
instruction, programs, services for positive impact on student learning

Institutional
Effectiveness Task Force ensures ongoing implementation/revision of all
college department plans

Conduct annual
internal academic program audit using Program Accountability Standards
System (PASS)
