Submit Photos for Italian Heritage
Celebration
Students and staff are invited to submit copies of
first-generation family photos along with a brief explanation of the
photo and your family’s immigrant experience. Please include your
name, phone number and college-issued e-mail address with photo(s)
and typed statement. Be sure the photos are copies because they
cannot be returned. Submit material by March 19 to the Counseling
Center, Attn: Italian Heritage Day, Room S202. Questions? Contact

Needed Ethnic Heritage Clothing and
Photos
Moraine Valley Community College will celebrate Global Awareness
Week April 19-23, with events that include the Taste of Moraine, a
fashion show, language lessons, a photo display, and more.
We need your help! If you have
clothing/costumes from your heritage and would be willing to model
them or allow another to wear them in a fashion show, and/or if you
have copies of photos (be sure they are copies, as they will not be
returned) from when your relatives immigrated to the United States,
please contact Adrienne Stewart in Multicultural Student Affairs at
