Assessment of Student Achievement
Notification Statement to Students

Moraine Valley is committed to student learning. Through its program of Assessment of Student Academic Achievement, the college intends to provide frequent and useful feedback to student students about their learning. The college encourages the faculty to use a variety of assessment methods, including classroom discussion, projects, essay and report writing, research, and objective tests. Students have opportunities to express opinions about their educational experiences on campus through surveys and interviews. The goal of the Assessment Program is to help students know how they are doing in their classes and provide useful information to students about their learning in ways that will contribute to their success.
