of Student Academic Achievement at Moraine Valley Community College. The college has a strong and sustained commitment to our program of student
assessment. The primary purpose of assessment at Moraine Valley is to
generate rich and useful information about student achievement that leads to
improved student learning.
Core Functions
- Oversee College’s Assessment Plan to measure,
document, and improve student learning
- Collaborate with faculty to develop assessment strategies for courses and
programs
- Direct implementation of General Education Assessment Plan
- Share assessment activities with wider college community
