Important Ski Trip Information
Participation Policy
Participation in our trip may be limited by
rooming requirements. Families need to be able to fill the condo. We are unable
to place other participants with children. A “supplement” may be applied to
participants not able to fill condos. Prices are as of posting, and we apologize
if we must adjust these nearer the trip date. We are not able to absorb
additional price increases by the airline, resort, or ground transportation.
Cancellation Policy
Individuals
who cancel their seat on a trip will forfeit the non-refundable trip
deposit plus any fees or losses incurred on their behalf. If
cancellation occurs after the predetermined closing date (the date
the last payment is due), the full price of the trip may be charged.
A cancellation form must be submitted to the club advisor and no
refunds will be given until after the trip has occurred. We urge all participants to purchase optional
travel insurance. We will make every effort to refund a portion of the
cost of the trip if we are able to replace you with another
individual. If no replacement is available, the total price of the trip may be charged.
