Appraisal Prelicensing
Appraisal pre-license and continuing education courses are approved by the Division of Financial and Professional Regulation. Courses have been revised to include criteria as established by the Illinois Real Estate Appraiser License Act certification rules implemented there under by the Division of Financial and Professional Regulation. APPRAISAL STANDARDS AND ETHICS
Reviews standards of professional appraisal practice adopted by the Appraisal Foundation. Textbook required. Prerequisite: Real Estate Appraisal (RE8 301) (1 AEC). Students are required to attend all sessions of class.

Real Estate Appraisal Continuing Education
Real estate appraisal continuing education courses have been revised to include criteria as established by the Illinois Real Estate Appraisal License Act certification rules implemented by the Division of Financial and Professional Regulation. Continuing education is required during the pre-renewal period ending September 30, 2009. In order to comply with new state regulations we are required to include your Real Estate License number in our program reports to them. Bring your license to your continuing education class for it to be entered into our records.

NATIONAL USPAP REVIEW
A review of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Seven hours of appraisal continuing education will be awarded with course completion. Textbooks are included in the fee.

RELOCATION APPRAISAL AND FORECASTING
Provides the appraiser with a general understanding of the principles of relocation appraising and forecasting. Key concepts include an explanation of the differences between retrospective, current and prospective valuations. Discussion of analyzing supply and demand factors in estimating the absorption time. Application of current labels for an ERC Appraisal between a "Complete" and a "Limited" and "Summary" versus "Restricted" with appropriate USPAP references. Seven hours of appraisal continuing education will be awarded with course completion. Textbook required. Please purchase textbook in the college bookstore prior to the first class session.

Real Estate Sales and Brokerage Prelicensing
Real estate sales and broker courses are approved by the Office of Banks and Real Estate. Courses have been revised to include criteria as established by the Real Estate License Act of 2000 implemented by the Office of Banks and Real Estate, call (217) 782-3414 for details.

REAL ESTATE SALES TRANSACTIONS
Successful completion of course enables those 21 and over to take the AMP exam for Illinois real estate salesperson license. Textbook required. Study guide optional. Purchase textbook prior to first class and read chapters 1, 2, 3. Students are required to attend all sessions of class. (Required salesperson course) (3 AEC).
