Prelicensing
Real Estate sales and broker courses are approved by the Illinois Department of
Financial and Professional Regulation. Courses have been revised to include
criteria as established by the Real Estate License Act of 2000 implemented by

REAL ESTATE SALES TRANSACTIONS
Succsssful completion of course enables those 21 and over to take the AMP exam
for Illinois real estate salesperson license. Textbook required. Study guide
optional. Purchase textbook prior to first class and read chapters 1, 2, 3.
Students are required to attend all sessions of class. (Required salesperson
