Prelicensing
Appraisal pre-license courses
are approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional
Regulation. Courses have been revised to include criteria as established by the
Illinois Real Estate Appraiser Act certification rules implemented there under
by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Call (217)

Reviews standards of professional appraisal practice adopted by the
Appraisal Foundation. Textbook required. Study guide optional. Prerequisite:
