Child Care—Admission
Requirements
Moraine Valley Community College
is a comprehensive, full-service community college with an open door admission
policy for high school graduates or others qualified to enter. Admission
is available to individuals 18 years or older who are high school graduates or
GED recipients. There are no prerequisites for enrollment in Moraine
Valley's Child Care Program. You may register in either the fall, spring or
summer semesters. When you register, please mention that you are in the 1264
(Child Care) curriculum.
Criminal Background Checks:
In order to comply with certain state statutes and/or
clinical affiliation agreements, students may be asked to complete a criminal
background check.
To be sure you are selecting courses in the appropriate
sequence, please make an appointment with an Academic Advisor at
