How to Get Your ID
Obtaining your Moraine Valley ID is simple—just present two forms of identification, fill out the quick form, have your picture taken, and you'll get your ID in a few minutes.
The two required forms of identification are:
-
Current class schedule
-
Picture ID with name, such as
driver's license, state ID, or high school ID (passport allowed for international students without
a driver's license)
Keep your ID with you at all times! Do not discard your
photo ID after the semester is over. You'll need it throughout your attendance at Moraine Valley. Stop by Photo ID Services each semester to get your ID revalidated.
Also, you must register your ID with the library to use the facility. Bring your photo ID to the library circulation desk (Building L, second floor) to be registered into the library's database. This will allow you to check out library materials and to access the library's databases from off campus.
This card is the property of Moraine Valley Community College and is not transferable. It must be surrendered to
college officials upon request. A lost or stolen identification card must be reported to the
Moraine Valley Police Department. There will be a $5 charge for replacements. |
