What is a non-traditional
career?
It’s a career in which
25 percent or less of a certain gender is represented; for instance, men
in nursing and women in automotive technology. Research shows that men
and women are increasingly moving into and succeeding in Non-Traditional
careers. Some of the best benefits of Non-Traditional careers are the opportunities to learn a variety of new things that
will lead to better advancement opportunities, higher salaries and
better benefits in one’s career.
