"I am happy this is the career I've chosen. I think people need to have an open mind when they are choosing a career. Just because you see predominantly women sitting there answering the phone doesn't mean it's not okay for a guy to do that."

Completed the Office Systems and Applications Program with a concentration in Administrative Assistant and is now employed at a construction company office.

"I got used to people looking at me weird because I wanted to do installs in vehicles, like car alarms, radios, TVs, subwoofers. I was intimidated in high school because I was the only girl. But, it's been very welcoming at Moraine Valley. I'm doing something I really want to do and I still have soft hands!"
