Student Aides
Job postings and applications are online!
Students must be enrolled in 6 credit semester hours for the fall and spring
semesters. Students need to be enrolled in a 3 credit hour class to work for the summer Student aides and work study aides earn $7.75
per hour.
- Review the open part-time, on-campus
student aide positions.
- Once you have selected one that fits you,
you can Apply Online.
- Be sure to type in the job number
for the position you are applying to and completely fill out the
application. A separate application must be completed for each
position that you desire.
- The completed application will be e-mailed
to the supervisor of the position and if qualified, you may receive a call
for an interview.
Student Aide Orientation is mandatory for those
who are first-time student aide employees or for those who are working as a
student aide and have never attended the orientation. You must pre-register for
a Student Aide Orientation in the Job Placement Center in person (T904) or by
phone at (708) 974-5737.
Student Aide Orientation Dates
- Monday, Nov. 17, 10–11 a.m.
- Tuesday, Dec. 2, 3–4 p.m.
Student Aide Job Postings
Work Study Aides
- Go to the Financial Aide Office (C115) to
determine if you are eligible for federal work study. Obtain work study
placement form.
- If accepted, bring your Work Study
Placement form to the Job Placement Center (T904).
- View the
work study positions online.
- To apply online, type in the Job Number
and fill out the online application
- The completed application will be e-mailed
to the supervisor of the position and if qualified, you will receive a call
for an interview
