Airport Arrival Assistance
Airport arrival should be scheduled for one of the dates below. These dates are for students who are requesting arrival and housing assistance. Housing availability is coordinated with these arrival dates.

Students should arrive on one of the above dates, as arrival staff and housing placements are scheduled for these dates. Students arriving earlier or later must make special arrangements with the International Student Affairs office to assure housing is available upon arrival.

Please fax the Arrival Form and Housing Deposit Form to (708) 974-0561, or e-mail your arrival information to pearsonN@morainevalley.edu.  Please note:  We must have your arrival information at least 3 days prior to arrival.  You are requested to be in direct contact with the International Student Affairs Office at (708) 974-5440 or (708) 974-5756 to discuss details of your arrival and housing.

For students arriving by air: International airlines fly directly into Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, which is located approximately 25 miles north of Moraine Valley. For students making airline connections within the United States, it may be more convenient to fly into Midway Airport, which is approximately 10 miles northeast of the college.

For students arriving from within the U.S.: Greyhound Bus and Amtrak Train are national services which have downtown Chicago stations. It is possible for us to meet you there with prior notice or by request. Students who are traveling by car should plan to meet us at the college. For advice about domestic transportation within the U.S., please contact our office.

It is important that you plan to arrive on the suggested arrival dates to ensure service. Please provide your arrival information and housing deposit now.
