IMS-101 Computer Skills Survey

To test your current applications skill level and knowledge of computing concepts in order to determine if IMS-101, Introduction to Computer Systems, is an appropriate course for you, print this survey and answer Yes or No to the following statements.

If you answered Yes with confidence to 33 or more of the statements above, you may contact Michelle August at 708-974-5339 to discuss taking an Assessment of Prior Learning test to earn credit for IMS 101 or to request a Waiver of Prerequisite for IMS 101 in order to take advanced courses.  Otherwise, it is recommended that you enroll in IMS 101, Introduction to Computer Systems.
