Application for Admission to Honors

If you would like to enter the Honors Program, please complete this form. Feel free to turn in a hard copy application in person or by mail if you prefer.

Once we are able to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements for the program, you will receive a special form that will make it possible for you to enroll in available honors courses. Without verification that you meet the admission criteria, you will not be able to register for honors sections.

Admission Criteria
I meet the following two criteria for admission to the Honors Program:
	Completed 9 credit hours
	3.2 GPA
	Recommendation of my instructor

How did you hear about the program?
	My advisor
	Received letter
	Through campus advertisement
	Recommendation from a honors student
	Other:
Once it is verified that you are eligible for Honors courses, you will receive a notice by mail/email to pick up special permission forms for registration in Honors sections.
