Medical Transcription--Admissions and Transfer Information

Moraine Valley is a comprehensive, full-service community college with an open-door admission policy for high school graduates or others qualified to enter. Admission is available to individuals 18 or older who are high school graduates/GED recipients.

Program Prerequisite: Typing ability of 50 words per minute.

You may be able to transfer into the program, but students may be required to take challenge exams to be granted credit for career courses that have been taken at other schools.
