Outing
The Moraine Valley Community College Foundation held its 22nd annual golf outing on September 5, 2003, at Gleneagles Country Club in Lemont. Phil Foster and Brett Swiderek served as co-chairs for this event and worked diligently with the golf committee and Foundation staff to make this outing a tremendous success.
This year, 145 golfers participated in our annual fundraiser, and 45 companies served as hole sponsors. Their support—coupled with proceeds from raffle, auction and other sponsorships and underwriting—helped us raise over $30,000 to support Foundation-sponsored scholarships and educational programs for Moraine Valley Community College.
