Mission Statement
Chartered by the state of Illinois in 1982, the Moraine Valley Community College Foundation serves as the official fundraising and gift-receiving agency of the college. As a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, the Moraine Valley Foundation was established to raise, receive, and administer gifts from individuals, corporations, private foundations and other organizations and associations, and manage assets that support the mission, goals and objectives of Moraine Valley Community College.

Gifts received by the Moraine Valley Foundation are used to support numerous academic programs, programming at the Fine and Performing Arts Center, scholarships, capital improvements to the campus, technology enhancements and other special initiatives.
