Judicial Affairs

The assistant dean of Student Life and Judicial Affairs is the judicial officer responsible for the administration of the college’s judicial system. Working with the Moraine Valley Police Department, the Judicial Affairs officer examines evidence when an incident has occurred, interviews all parties in the case and determines if a violation of the Code of Student Conduct has occurred. The Judicial Affairs officer may assign sanctions, or the case may go to a judicial board. See the Code of Student Conduct for a thorough explanation of student conduct, judicial procedures, sanctions, appeals and definitions.
