Admissions and Transfer Information

Admission Requirements
There are no prerequisites for enrollment in Moraine Valley's Meeting Planner Certificate Program. Students may register in the fall, spring or summer semesters. (When registering, please mention that you are in the 1465 (Meeting Planner) curriculum. This will enable us to contact you regarding program activities).

Transfer Information
It is recommended that our students pursue an A.A.S. degree in Travel Business Management. All the courses applicable to the Meeting Planner Certificate roll over into the Travel Business Management A.A.S. degree. Travel Business Management A.A.S. graduates transfer to Governors State University and pursue a Business & Technology four-year degree. Students transferring to Governors State University in this major will receive credit for their entire A.A.S. degree. We are currently working on articulation agreements with other four-year schools.
