Telecourse Fall 2008
Class Schedule
Telecourses are college credit courses designed
by nationally recognized educators that cover most areas of the college
curriculum. They include a textbook, study guide, detailed syllabus, and
videotapes/DVD's available in Moraine Valley's library and some area libraries. A Telecourse is just a different way to take a class. Telecourses meet only five
times a semester. You can think of the videotapes as replacements for the
lectures you would receive in a traditional class.
Telecourses begin the first week of school and
meet five times during the fall. Students may pick up a syllabus at the
Alternative Learning Office on the first day of the semester. They may also check this Web
page. Videos are available from Moraine Valley and several local libraries for
