Upon written request from a student, the Records Office will mail the student's official transcript to any college, university, agency, or person named. Transcript request forms are available in the Cashier's Office, located in the Building S, Room S105. There is a fee per transcript. Cashier will direct students for transcript pick-up. Letter grades earned in developmental and remedial courses will appear on the transcript, but the grades earned in these courses will not be calculated in the GPA that appears on the transcript. To request a
transcript by mail, print and complete the following pdf and send to: If you do not have access to a printer, send a letter with your name, Social Security number, your signature, and the name and address of where your transcript should be sent. Enclose $5 check or money order payable to Moraine Valley Community College and mail to above address. Requests are processed within five to seven days of receiving the request. |
