Graduation Requirements

Graduation Requirements for Associate's DegreesAll students pursuing an associate's degree must meet certain requirements as specified in the college catalog. Students must petition for graduation by the appropriate deadline indicated below.

Occupational CertificatesRequirements for each specific program are indicated in the college catalog. Students must petition for graduation by the appropriate deadline indicated below.

A nonrefundable graduation petition fee is charged. Petitions are available at Registration and Records in the College Center and online. Six weeks are required for final certification and mailing of diplomas.

Graduation CeremonyMoraine Valley's graduation ceremony is held once a year at the end of spring semester for graduates from the previous summer and fall semesters and current spring graduates. floresy@morainevalley.edu
