Hours/Schedules
The Dr. Irene H. Brodie Academic
Skills Center houses the Tutoring Center and two computer labs. Tutoring
is available to Moraine Valley students in a variety of subject areas including
math, science, communications, reading, English and business. The computer
labs offer a variety of programs for students to use independently.
Hours - Fall and Spring
Academic Skills Center Tutoring
Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Computer Labs
B271 A (classroom lab), and B271 B
(walk-in lab)
Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
The computer labs with printers are inside the B260 area. The classroom lab can
be reserved by faculty and staff by contacting Patricia Keehan at (708)
974-5271, keehan@morainevalley.edu,
or with the forms in computer rooms.
You must be a Moraine Valley student with a current student ID to use the
tutoring services or computer lab.
Various career, personal and
academic success programs are facilitated by counselors in the Counseling
and Career Development Center during the semester. Please check out the programs
