Code of Conduct

The Assistant Dean, Code of Conduct & Student Life is the conduct officer responsible for the administration of the college’s judicial system. Working with the Moraine Valley Police Department, the Code of Conduct officer examines evidence when an incident has occurred, interviews all parties in the case and determines if a violation of the Code of Student Conduct has occurred. The Code of Conduct officer may assign sanctions, or the case may go to a judicial board. See the Code of Student Conduct for a thorough explanation of student conduct, judicial procedures, sanctions, appeals and definitions.
